Chasing a PB? Or just want to get a little fitter? I’ll take the guess work out of your running training so it is easier than ever for you to accomplish your goals. Below are the running coaching services I currently provide.

Online speed and Sprint Coaching

Individualised sprint training programs for anyone wanting to improve their acceleration, maximum velocity, sprinting and repeat sprint fitness. Great for field or court based athletes.

Online distance running coaching

Individualised distance running training programs for 5km-Ultra Runners or anyone wanting to improve their distance running fitness & performance. Great for recreational runners, weekend warriors and parkrun enthusiasts.

What to expect
  • Initial consultation to determine your goals and needs
  • An individualised, periodized training plan that suits your goals, experience and training availability
  • A variety of running sessions so you’re never bored with training
  • Have a structured training plan so there is no more guessing what your run should be for the day
  • On-going support and changes to your training program as required throughout the length of your training plan
  • Daily access to me to ask questions and discuss any issues (Maximum 5hr response time)
