Looking to get started in the gym? Are you wanting to gain muscle, lose fat, improve your strength, confidence or sports performance? I’ll take the guess work out of training so it is easier than ever for you to accomplish your goals. I offer both online and in-person coaching. I am currently coaching out of The Strength Den – Burnie, Tasmania and provide a range of different options which are outlined below.


1 to 1 (in person) Strength & conditioning / Athlete Development coaching

A personalised training program and coaching to help you build muscle, lose fat or improve aspects of sports performance such as strength, power and speed. I will work with you to design a program that suits your needs.

What to expect

  • Initial consultation and assessment to determine your goals and needs
  • Pre-exercise screening, assessment and performance testing (where required) as part of the initial consultation
  • Individualised training program suitable for your experience and availability
  • On going support, feedback & education for the length of your training program
  • Google sheets document for you to track your workouts and monitor your progress

Online S&C Or Athlete Development Coaching (junior or adult)
