About Me

Hi, My name is Daniel Reeves

I am a passionate strength & conditioning coach and Physiotherapist. I studied Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University on the Gold Coast and have worked in private practice since graduating in 2013. I am an ASCA level 1 S&C Coach and an Athletics Australia Level 2 Recreational Running Coach. I am also an MNU accredited nutritionist.

In addition to my academic studies and work, I love sport. Growing up I played many different sports but basketball & running were my focus. I currently participate in athletics / running. I’ll run any distance and for now 400m-800m is what I’m enjoying the most.

I love all things exercise, strength & conditioning, sports performance and nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people improve their nutrition, fitness, sports performance and running.

Why listen to me?

In my years as a semi-elite track runner, basketballer, my years in gym and the numerous workshops & courses I have attended, I have learnt many important things that I wish I could have known from a younger age so I could be a better athlete, understand what really matters for fat loss/muscle gain and avoid wasting time and money. I want to pass this knowledge on to anyone that needs it.

There is so much poor and misleading information in the ‘fitness industry’ it’s no wonder you are confused. So my aim is to give it to you straight without the BS, just the key things you need to know to improve your health & fitness.

I don’t want you to make the same mistakes or waste your time & money like I did. I’m here to empower you and help you make your life better.
